J&B’s Rewards runs from the 1st January 2025, until the 31st December 2025. You will then have until the 28th February 2026 to redeem any rewards you have earned throughout the year. Any rewards not claimed, will be lost.

Your account will be updated monthly, you will receive an email notification to let you know once this has been done. Qualifying Spend is only accrued towards your J&Bs 2025 with transactions in the J&Bs Branches.

1. 1. Log in to your J&Bs account at jandbsrewards25.co.uk.
   2. Go to ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the page.
   3. Scroll down to see how much you have spent so far and what rewards you have earned.
   4. If you have earned a reward, choose an option on how you would like to redeem (a Love2shop card or a credit note onto your J&Bs account.)

   Please be aware, to receive any rewards that you have earned, you must log into your account and redeem them (by 28^th February 2026). They cannot be redeemed on your behalf.

Look out for an email from us informing you of the next steps. The J&Bs Team will need to authorise your redemption request, this process can take up to 28 days. Please ensure your account is paid and up to date. As stated in the Terms and Conditions, if there are any issues with your J&Bs account we reserve the right to withhold the rewards until your account is settled.

You will receive a spend update email every month. Please check if you have unsubscribed from our emails, if you have, you won’t be receiving your monthly updates. Also, check your spam/junk folder. The process takes up to 28 working days.

If you have hit a target prior to the end of the scheme (31^st December 2025) and want to claim your reward before Christmas, please ensure you redeem before 26^th November 2025. Any redemption after the 26^th November 2025 will not be acknowledged until 1^st January 2026.

If you have chosen a Love2shop card please visit love2shop.co.uk where you can find a range of stores that accept this card. If you have selected a credit note, this will be applied onto your J&Bs account.

Your Love2shop card will have an expiry date marked on the front. Please note that any monies left on the card at the end of the expiry cannot be recovered and will be lost.

Please be aware, that when you receive a new Love2shop card the funds cannot be combined or extended.

Please then contact the Love2shop replacement line on 0344 770 9015. Please note there will be a replacement fee.

To activate your Love2shop card:

1. Go to www.love2shop.co.uk
2. Click ‘Register’, then fill out the required information.
3. Complete the registrations form to create your personal account.
4. Lastly, add your card details to your account by following the instructions on screen.

Your Love2shop card will be delivered to your local branch within 2 weeks of your redemption being processed by the J&Bs rewards team.

Your spend toward J&Bs Rewards will count from the 1st of the month you registered in (e.g if you registered the 14th September your spend will count towards the rewards from the 1st September ). If you have been Registered to J&Bs Rewards previously, your spend will count from the start of the scheme (1st January 2025)
